March 27th, 2010 The Easter bunny is planning a huge egg hunt on Saturday, March 27th, at Union Lake Park, Sharp St in Millville at 11:00 AM. All children must register for the free event from 10:30 AM to 10:55 AM. Colored eggs will be provided to children between the ages of 2 to 12 years old. Twelve special eggs will be hidden, which if found, the child will win a large Easter basket full of goodies. Parents will only be able to help children that are 2 to 3 years of age, all other categories are limited to children only. Children should bring an Easter basket or plastic bag to collect their eggs. "We have hundreds of kids that participate, they really enjoy the fun, and we hope that parents plan on bringing out their children," stated Mayor Tim Shannon, director of the recreation department.
