Clear Cookies in Internet Explorer
In Internet Explorer, click on “Tools”, then “Internet Options”. (If you do not have “Tools”, right click in the top Internet Explorer bar and click “Menu bar”.)
On the “General” tab under “Browsing History”, click on “Settings”.
Click on “View Files”
Windows Explorer will open. In Windows 7, click “Organize” > “Select All” (In XP, select all the files and click delete)
Then click the “Delete” key.
Close and restart Internet Explorer. Test Infinite Campus
Infinite Campus recommends using Chrome if Internet Explorer does not work well for you.
Clear Cookies in Chrome
You have control over your browsing data. This data includes things like your browsing and download history and saved form data. Use the "Clear browsing data" dialog to delete all your data or just a portion of your data, collected during a specific period of time.
Delete all your data
- Click the Chrome menu
on the browser toolbar.
- Select Tools.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
- The first 4 boxes should be checked
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Close Chrome and restart
