The Millville Board of Education affirms its responsibility to ensure

Millville
Public School District’s Affirmative Action Officer is in accordance
with N.J.A.C. 6A: 7-1.6, 1.7 &1.8 will oversee the compliance with
the Board Affirmative Action Policies, and will receive all complaints
protecting the rights of the person making the complaint and the alleged
harasser. The district’s Comprehensive Equity Plan, grievance
procedures and annual reports are located at the Culver Building in the
Human Resource Office.
