Millville Athletics: New Online Registration
 
We have simplified the sports registration and physical process for all student-athletes in grades 6-12 by moving to an online system via Arbiter Student Registration.
 
What’s New?
  • 100% Digital: No more paper forms to turn in!
  • Electronic Submissions: Upload sports physicals (now called Preparticipation Physical Evaluations or PPE), asthma action plans, and allergy plans directly online.
  • Digital Signatures: Complete all parental waivers with a quick digital signature.
 
4 Steps to Register Your Athlete
IMPORTANT: You only need one account per family to register all of your children.
  • Create an Account: Visit the Arbiter Registration Page to set up your parent/guardian account
  • Activate Your Account: Click the activation link sent to your email (Check your spam folder if you don't see it!)

  • Find Millville: Once logged in, search for "Millville" and select "New Jersey," scan the QR code below, or click here: Millville Athletics Homepage
  • Complete the Form: Select your student's athletic program and fill out the registration details

How to Register Your Athlete
You can log into your portal at any time to see the status of your child's registration, including viewing approvals or submitting a correction request.
 
🗓️ Seasonal Registration Windows
  • Register by Season: Registration opens separately for Fall, Winter, and Spring sports. You must register during the specific open window for that season, only one sport per season. There is no "automatic" registration that carries over.
  • Current Dates: Fall Registration is open from 6/1/26 to 8/21/26 for high school athletes. The window will open for middle school athletes this summer. Winter and Spring dates are TBA.
  • One Account Total: You do not need a new account each season. Just log back in and select the new sport when the window opens.
 
⚠️ Critical Registration Rules
  • Select the Correct School: Ensure you select the right school (e.g., Millville High School, CCTEC, Lakeside). Incorrect registrations will be deleted, and you will have to start over.
  • Fill Out Everything: All required fields must be completed. Blank fields will highlight in red.
  • Don't Close Early: Stay on the page until you see the Confirmation Screen, or your progress will be lost.
 
🩺 Physicals & Medical Forms
  • 🚫 No Paper Forms: Do not mail, email, or drop off paper physicals to the Athletic Office or school nurse. All paper copies will be returned.
  • Cleared to Play: Athletes must have a valid physical approved by the school doctor before the first day of tryouts/practice.
  • Upcoming Appointments: If your child’s physical appointment is after the registration portal closes, upload a photo of a piece of paper with the scheduled appointment date written on it.
  • Action Plans: Upload Asthma and Allergy plans directly into the form. Blank electronic copies can be found in the "Links" section.
 
 
🔄 Making Changes After You Submit
The portal does not need to be open for you to edit a completed registration. You can log in at any time to check your status or make updates.
  • New Physicals: If your child gets a physical after you register, log back in and upload ONLY the PPE Clearance Form.
  • Do Not Delete: Leave expired physicals in the system when uploading a new one.
  • Do Not Re-Register: Never create a brand new registration to fix a mistake. Simply log in and edit your existing, completed form.
