Dear Millville School Community,
I am pleased to share some exciting news that directly benefits every student in our district. Beginning this school year, ALL Millville Public School students will be provided with both breakfast and lunch at no cost to families.
This opportunity is made possible through Millville’s participation in the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program, under which our district qualifies for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). The CEP allows schools and districts with high percentages of students eligible for free or reduced-price meals to serve breakfast and lunch to all enrolled students at no charge.
By eliminating the cost of meals, we are ensuring that every child in Millville has access to the healthy, nutritious food they need to succeed in school. Proper nutrition supports focus, energy, and overall well-being, all of which are essential for academic and personal growth.
On behalf of the Board of Education and the Millville staff, I am proud that we can provide this support to our students and families. Thank you for your continued partnership as we work together to give our students every opportunity to thrive.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
To keep this program in place and ensure our schools receive the proper state funding, we are still requesting that every family complete the 2025–2026 School Meals and Summer EBT Application. This form collects basic household income information, which helps determine school funding and may affect eligibility for programs like Summer-EBT cards.
You may complete this application online (MySchoolApps) or by using the fillable PDF forms. PDF applications must be returned to your child’s school or the Food Service Office by September 30, 2025 (please submit early, with no cross-outs).
