CEP School Meals and SUMMER EBT Benefits

The Millville Public School District is pleased to announce that our district will be participating in the federal program called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). Our participation means that all students attending Millville Public Schools are eligible to receive breakfast and lunch at no charge throughout the 2025-2026 school year. This does not include a la carte items, like cookies, bottled or canned beverages, ice cream, chips etc. The New Jersey Department of Education requires that your family complete the 25-26 School Meals and Summer EBT Application if you have not already done so.       

If you do not complete the form, the state requires that the district report your child(ren) as "paid", which may impact on your participation in other state or federal programs (i.e., 2026 SUMMER-EBT cards). Your information is not shared with any other outside organizations.

This form will collect household income information for all students which will be used to calculate school funding levels by the State of New Jersey. The information will ensure that our district receives the correct aid to support all our schools’ instructional programs, staffing needs and after-school programs including athletics. Your information is not shared with any other outside organizations. Each year your family must complete this form and return it to your child's school for us to ensure our schools will continue to receive critical state funding. Please take a moment to complete this form and return it to your child's school or The Food Service Office. If you do not complete the family survey, the state requires that we report your child as "paid", which may impact on your participation in other state or federal programs (i.e. SUMMER-EBT cards).

The application must be received no later than September 30, 2025. They should be returned as early as possible, and without marks or cross-outs. If you need assistance, please contact Kim Robinson (856-327-4724).
